By using thepodcircle.com or engaging ThePodCircle's services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

ThePodCircle is a podcast-booking agency. We research relevant podcasts, pitch guests to hosts on their behalf, and coordinate scheduling and interview prep. We also maintain a directory of podcast hosts open to receiving vetted guest pitches.

2. Packages & Payment

• We offer Starter, Growth, Enterprise, and Consultation packages as described on our site.
• Payment terms, billing cycle, and invoicing details will be confirmed directly with our team before work begins.
• We do not guarantee a specific number of podcast bookings. Booking outcomes depend on host availability, host acceptance, and fit — factors outside our direct control. We commit to research, outreach, and pitching effort in good faith for every client.

3. Host Directory & Applications

• Submitting a host application does not guarantee inclusion in our directory. All applications are reviewed at our discretion.
• Hosts approved for listing consent to having their submitted information (podcast name, bio, topic, audience size, etc.) displayed publicly.
• We reserve the right to remove a host listing at any time, including at the host's request.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the contact or host application form.
• You are responsible for showing up to scheduled interviews and using any prep material provided in good faith.

5. Refunds

See our separate Refund & Guarantee Policy — it's incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on thepodcircle.com (branding, copy, design) belongs to ThePodCircle unless otherwise noted. Host and client-submitted content remains their own property; by submitting it, you grant us permission to display it as part of our directory/marketing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThePodCircle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including outcomes related to podcast interviews we help arrange (e.g. content of the interview itself, actions of third-party podcast hosts).

8. Third-Party Podcasts

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or conduct of third-party podcasts/hosts we connect you with. Any dispute arising from an interview itself is between you and that host.

9. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service to any client or host applicant at our discretion, including for misrepresentation or abusive conduct.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
