Refund & Guarantee Policy

Consultation Package

If you've paid for a one-time Consultation and the scheduled call does not take place due to a failure on our part to show up or reschedule within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund of the Consultation fee.

Starter / Growth / Enterprise Packages

All payments for Starter, Growth, and Enterprise packages are final and non-refundable once your engagement begins (i.e. once we begin research or outreach on your behalf). This reflects the time and relationship-building work involved in podcast pitching, which begins immediately upon engagement.

We encourage you to book a Consultation first if you're unsure which package fits your goals — that call is a low-risk way to evaluate fit before committing to a paid package.

What We Do Commit To

While we don't guarantee a specific number of bookings (outcomes depend on third-party host decisions), we do commit to:

• Researching podcasts relevant to your goals and industry
• Sending personalized pitches on your behalf within the agreed timeframe for your package
• Providing prep support for any confirmed interviews
