- Host application form: full name, email, phone, podcast name, topic, language, audience size, recording style, podcast/social link, and a description of your show.
- Published host directory data: if your host application is approved, your podcast name, bio, topic, audience size, language, and recording style are displayed publicly on our site.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our podcast-booking services.
- To review and process host directory applications.
- To send you service-related communications (e.g. booking updates, appointment confirmations).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our site and business, each of which may process your data under their own privacy policies:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — form processing and email communications
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — secure storage of host applications and directory data
- Google Fonts — loads typefaces from Google's servers
Data Retention
We retain contact and application data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
